1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We intend to offer you the best and most convenient shipping options, no matter where you reside and we will be delivering the products through our own and through third-party logistics service providers. We at DogoDaddy have partnered with our logistic partners to help us deliver the products. “Shipment time” shall refer to the time at which your order in part or whole shall leave our warehouse and shall be handed over to the third-party logistics service provider for delivery to you. “Delivery time” shall refer to the time taken by the third-party logistics service provider to deliver your order to you in either whole or part. · Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for products to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The shipping usually takes an average of 4-16 business days from the time you make final payment for the Product. · Once the product is shipped and handed over to the logistical service provider, it may take an average of 4-16 business days for the product to be delivered at your location. The Delivery time also depends upon the size and type of the Product. · The Delivery time shall vary anywhere between 24 – 72 business Hours that shall be determined on multiple external factors and also on the terms and conditions put forth by the Logistical service provider which includes but is not limited to the place of delivery. The approximate delivery time shall be informed by you. · Delivery Timeline (Estimated Duration) Area level Duration of delivery days India 6 to 9 business days USA remote places like Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam takes 13 to 16 business days UK 6 to 9 business days Europe 4 to 15 business days Canada 5 to 10 business days Australia 7 to 10 business days Rest of the world 7 to 17 business days · Delivery days- Monday – Sunday · The delivery agent assigned by the logistical service provider may contact the customer on call, email or SMS before arrival. · We don't charge delivery charges for the delivery of any of our products. · We don't have cash on delivery. · We will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery. Further, we will not be liable for any damage in transit due to mishandling by the logistics Service Provider. · The Website shall display an estimated delivery time on the order summary page. The delivery shall be assumed to be completed when the logistics provider shows complete on the Website. · You will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time upon placing the order. · The Service Provider may take longer to deliver due to inter alia: bad weather, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event any delay in delivery is expected, we may, at our sole discretion, intimate you who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay. · We will not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivery including any damage or loss caused due to such delay. Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery, you may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by you for any delay in delivery, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control. · You cannot cancel the order even if the delivery time exceeds the expected time of delivery. · We do not allow any exchanges regarding the products once sold to the customer nor can the customer return the order to the same delivery person. · We will not be liable to compensate for any mental agony caused due to a delay in delivery. · If you purchase multiple products in one transaction, we may undertake to deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and shall be subject to the availability of stock. · We will not be held responsible and will bear no liability, if the courier confirms the address provided by you is wrong and cancellation of shipment for the same reason. You will bear the reshipment costs to deliver the products to your updated address. · We will however undertake to accept your request for replacement if the delivery obligations are fulfilled by you as specified in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
